Storage of your personal data

Your personal data is securely stored on Dawiyat Integrated servers inside the Kingdom until it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Dawiyat Integrated may retain personal data for 10 years if there is any legal, regulatory, accounting, or reporting requirements. After which it is destroyed in a secure manner, through which it cannot be viewed or retrieved again as per Data Cybersecurity Controls (DCC – 1:2022) issued by National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) and Dawiyat Integrated internal policies and procedures.

You as a “Data Subject” have following rights regarding your information (data).
- Right to be informed: The data subject has the right to know how we will use his/her personal data as explained in this privacy policy.
- Right to access and obtain personal data: The data subject has the right to request a copy of his/her personal data.
