All fees include VAT. No recurring monthly charges - one-time charges.
Fiber Connection Service Delivery
We are committed to connecting your premises with Fiber Optic as quickly as possible. Here’s how long it may take, depending on your area’s classifications as below:
Class A - Up to 90 Days:
If your postal code area already has one or more premises connected to fiber by our company, we will connect to your premises within 90 days of your successful order placement.
Class B - Up to 180 Days:
If your postal code area does not have any premises connected to fiber by our company, but there are other premises connected by us within the same city, and there are 50+ applications from your postal code area, we will connect you within 180 days.
Class C - Up to 365 Days:
If your postal code area and your city have never been connected by us before, and there are 50+ applications from your postal code area, we will connect you within 365 days..
Fiber Connection Service - Location Coverage Scenarios
Your Location is Already Connected by Fiber:
* Scenario A: If your location is connected and already has an active fiber connection, contact the Internet Service Provider to get the FTTH-based Internet service.
* Scenario B: If your location is connected but doesn’t have active fiber connection, submit your request to activate the fiber connection.
Your Location is Not Connected by Fiber:
If there is no fiber connection at your location:
Scenario A: Location dedicated to our company:
Submit your request to get the Fiber Connection Service
Scenario B: Location dedicated to another telecom service provider:
Your location is assigned to another telecom provider. Please contact them directly to request fiber connection service.
Scenario C: Location not dedicated to any telecom service provider:
Your location is currently not assigned to any telecom service provider. Submit your request for interest and we will notify you when coverage becomes available.

• Proof of National Address, ID & NAFATH Account
• Commercial Registration (for businesses)
• Contact Number & Email Address
• Saudi National Address associated with your ID (Home Customer) or Business (Business Customer)
