Dawiyat Integrated Telecommunications & Information Technology Company and Mobily agree to develop networks
Dawiyat Integrated Telecommunications & Information Technology Company, a subsidiary of the Saudi Electricity Company, and the Etihad Etisalat Co (Mobily), a pioneer company in the Telecom & Information Technology sector in Saudi Arabia, have signed an agreement to supply fiber optics through Dawiyat Integrated Telecommunications & Information Technology Company outlets.
The agreement, signed by Dawiyat Integrated Telecommunications & Information Technology Company CEO, Dr. Ahmed Sindi and Mobily CEO, Eng. Ahmed Aboudoma, aims to enable the telecommunications company to benefit from the infrastructure of Dawiyat Integrated Telecommunications & Information Technology Company, in addition to exploiting the Gulf electric linkage network and international electric linkage supported by fiber-optics.
Dawiyat Integrated Telecommunications & Information Technology Company fiber optic network extends more than 55 thousand kilometers, covering more than 13 thousand cities, villages and hamlets.
