The Board of Directors of Saudi Electricity Company, the owner of Dawiyat Telecommunication company, has approved the establishment of the new company under the name of Dawiyat integrated Telecommunication & information technology company " Integrated Dawiyat ", as part of the strategy of "Saudi Electricity" to invest its potential and expertise to contribute to the development of the telecommunications sector And Information Technology in the Kingdom, in accordance with the vision of the Kingdom 2030 and the National Transition Program 2020 in this area. 

The Executive Chairman of the Saudi Electricity Company, Eng. Ziad bin Mohammed Al Sheha, expressed his thanks and appreciation to His Excellency the Minister of Communications and Information Technology Eng. Abdullah bin Amer Al Sawahah and the Governor of the Communications and Information Technology Commission Dr. Abdulaziz bin Salem Al Ruwais for their confidence in the potential of Saudi Electricity.
